Swiss Innovation Initiative Switzerland - China
ABOUT THE SWISS INNOVATION INITIATIVE SWITZERLAND - CHINA
The Technopark Alliance, together with Succeed Consulting, has jointly decided to launch this initiative as a strategic step to diversify international engagement beyond traditional markets like the EU or US. Today’s discussions with Swiss and Chinese partners have shown that there is fundamental interest and a strong need for this program.
The initiative provides a structured and politically balanced entry platform, connecting Switzerland’s most innovative startups with China’s rapidly expanding innovation ecosystem.
This program creates two-way innovation flows:
Helping Swiss startups scale internationally, develop joint ventures, and tap into one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing technology markets.
Helping Chinese startups internationalize via Switzerland, benefit from the Technopark ecosystem, and launch products in the EU.
The initiative is supported by a dedicated Swiss team with offices in Hangzhou Yuhang Future Sci-Tech City, ensuring that Swiss employees are present on the ground in China to execute projects, build trust, and facilitate long-term collaborations.
