Succeed Consulting GmbH is a Swiss business consulting firm with offices in Switzerland and China. With over 60 years of combined experience, the firm specializes in facilitating cross-border opportunities between Switzerland and China, particularly in high-tech industries such as medtech, cleantech and smart manufacturing. 

Succeed Consulting provides services such as fund raising, M&A, strategic partnership development, and business relationship management for Swiss startups, as well as market entry strategy, corporate establishment, and operational management for Chinese companies expanding into Switzerland.

Bin Sheng

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Bin Sheng served as the managing Director of SDIC Fund and COS Capital and invested in the fields of life sciences, cleantech, AI and ICT.

Most of his professional experience is based on finance and investment in China, with a long history of network links with Swiss Financial and Innovation Institutions. In the past years he was actively involved in building sustainable economic ties between China and Switzerland.

Bin is focused on enabling Swiss innovations market access to mainland Chinese markets, while at the same time identifies investment and cooperation opportunities for Chinese investors. Bin Sheng serves as a Venture Kick jury member and Head of the Startup Committee at the Swiss-Chinese Chamber of Commerce (SCCC).

Felix Sutter

Co-Founder & Partner

Felix Sutter serves as the President of the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce (SCCC) from 2015 to 2024. 

He has been a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers Switzerland for more than 19 years and also has been nominated in November 2017 as “Visiting Leaders” at the China European International Business School (CEIBS) Shanghai Campus.

Recently Felix Sutter has joined AMROP Singapore as a partner and will be active in leadership consulting activities as well as being a x-culture mentor for business executives in Asian and European Markets. He supports Montreux Jazz Festival China as the Chief Partnership Officer.

Lihan Chen

CFO & Partner

Lihan Chen brings extensive international experience in corporate finance, strategy, and cross-border investments across Europe and Asia. She has served as a strategic CFO with over 15 years of experience in multinational organizations, specializing in data-driven insights to optimize profitability and drive sustainable growth across multiple industry sectors.

Most recently, Lihan served as CFO and Director of Business Strategy at WinGD in Switzerland. Her previous roles include Vice President of Finance at SKS Tankers and BTG (a joint venture with a Morgan Stanley maritime fund) in Norway, where she managed an asset portfolio of approximately USD 2 billion. She also held senior analytical and investment roles at GM Europe and Deutsche Bank.

Lihan has significant transaction experience in China–Europe cross-border deals, including acting as the buyer’s financial advisor in a EUR 120 million German–Chinese acquisition. In addition, she has led more than USD 1.5 billion in debt financing and refinancing transactions, as well as CHF 100 million in capital increases for Swiss entities.
Lihan holds an MBA from London Business School and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University.
